Use a soft tape measure to measure around the dogs neck where the collar would naturally sit. Place two fingers underneath the tape measure to allow for comfort.

For example, if your dogs neck measures 35cm, then you would select the medium as it's length suits dogs with a neck size between 31-39cm.

You can allow the leather collar to get wet, however you should avoid soaking the collar or using it while your dog is swimming.

If the collar does get soaked you should remove it immediately and allow to air dry.
